EDITHHHHH HEAAAAAAADDDDDDDDD!
I’ve been researching birth certificates lately for a personal design project and came across this one. Jeepers! The horizontal design is so stunning and eye-catching. Who’d have thought the UK would have used such a unique and attractive layout for its birth certificates over a hundred years ago.
This is one of the best things I’ve seen in a while. Fun to imagine these goats wandering around in the Darnielles’ yard.
Fact: on the website I made to log my tea-drinking, I used to have “nunc est bibendum” as a motto. As with most Latin sayings, it’s cute and pithy.
Yellow seersucker from Jo-Ann Fabrics. Cheap stuff; annoyingly thin. I imagine that’ll be good for . I made a bunch of corrections to last week’s terrible, awful draft, and it is dramatically improved. However, the neck is still about 1” too big. As you can see, I have yet to sew on the buttons… but I will do that soon. I’m actually going to wear this one. And I’m taking what I learned and applying it to next week’s shirt! Onwards!
