Some doodles of people and things in my Graphic Novel Lit class.

Also, I got coffee at Cafe Brioso and saw John Malta. I kept seeing that dude all weekend. He came to our school and talked a bit about the work he’s doing. He was berated a few times by a couple CCAD professors, urging him to change his style. He never did, he just kept working hard, and now he works for the New York Times and Vice magazine. Awesome.

Also, yes. That is Nigel.

Dorian was sketching me and I had no idea he was doing it! I think the adequately emphasized the pointiness of my chin. Also: the drawing directly below mine is of our Graphic Novel Lit teacher and it is an uncannily good depiction.
