What I did this week (18 jan 2013)
- Went back to school; starting with second-semester Package Design on monday morning at 8am. We were assigned a new project and dismissed by 8:30am.
- Went to the library and picked up some new books; got some reading done.
- Had the first friendship lunch of the semester, which was well-attended and wonderful.
- On tuesday morning, had the first Burleigh’s ad class.
- Moved one classroom next door and did Advanced type, also with Mr. Burleigh.
- Went to Draping, a once-weekly class taught by Cheryl Steele, a person I really like. It’s required for fashion majors but I was allowed to join. It looks like it’ll be lots of fun!
- After that, started my new job as an in-house graphic design intern at OhioHealth. Worked for literally two hours and went home at quitting time. Tuesdays are long days.
- Went back to OhioHealth on wednesday and worked a ten hour day (8am–6pm). It was draining.
- On thursday morning, had my back-to-back Burleigh classes again.
- Went back to OhioHealth and worked for three hours. (I have to work fifteen hours a week. How’s that for distributing my time evenly?)
